The silicone chablon stencil for chocolate is an indispensable tool for the creation of chocolate decorations. Very easy to use, it will allow to create uniform wafer-thin chocolate decorations in few seconds.
How to use:
- Lay the stencil mat over a transfer sheet, an acetate sheet, a Silpat or parchment paper.
- Spread the chocolate evenly on the stencil mat and scrap it with a spatula to remove the excess of chocolate.
- Let the chocolate cool down till it gets firm and remove the stencil.
The stencil mat is made from flexible and highly resistant silicone material.
